Background

Arndt-Berthold von Bischopink has been practising as an attorney at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 2008. Following his admission to the bar in 2002, he initially worked at two law firms in Osnabrück and as in-house counsel at a company active in the renewable energy sector.

He studied law at the universities of Bielefeld, Freiburg, and Münster. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Osnabrück Regional Court and at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, qualifying as a fully admitted attorney in 2002.


Arndt-Berthold von Bischopink represents clients before civil courts throughout Germany. A key focus of his practice is the enforcement of payment and purchase claims, as well as claims for damages arising from non-contractual performance of technical equipment. He also frequently handles disputes arising from relationships between companies and their distributors or commercial agents.

In addition, he advises on contract drafting, particularly in distribution law, cooperation agreements, and general terms and conditions. Another focus of his practice is debt collection, including enforcement proceedings, as well as representing creditors in insolvency proceedings.
