Who we are

GEMS Schindhelm is a law firm based in Istanbul. The focus of our practice is business law: corporate law and M&A, commercial and distribution law, employment law, litigation and arbitration. Beyond that, we advise and represent companies and individuals in real estate and tenancy law, inheritance and civil law matters, and debt recovery.

Our lawyers work as an integrated team with our own audit and tax advisory practice — law and tax from a single source. We advise clients from all over the world in English, German, and Turkish, and also serve as official legal counsel to the Austrian Embassy in Türkiye.

We are a member of the German-speaking Schindhelm alliance of European corporate law firms with offices in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia/Pacific area.
