Background
Christian Reichmann is a lawyer at and partner of Schindhelm Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft bmH in Osnabrück since 2018.
After his accreditation in 2011 he has worked in the Düsseldorf office of Hogan Lovells International LLP until the end of 2017 specializing in M&A transactions as well as corporate law.
Christian Reichmann studied law at the University of Osnabrueck where he also wrote his doctoral theses and worked as research assistant at the Institute for Trade Law and Corporate Law (Prof. Dr. Andreas Fuchs).
In 2008 Christian Reichmann completed his Master of Law (LL.M.) at the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Moreover, he comprehensively advises small and medium sized companies in respect of general corporate and commercial law.
