Background

Marcin Śledzikowski has been with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since July 2013.

From 2008 to 2013 he studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. He received his Master of Laws degree with honours in 2013. In 2012, he graduated from the American Law School organized by the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

In September 2014, he passed the examination for legal advisor traineeship, at the District Board of the Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. Since January 2018, he has been entered in the list of legal advisors kept by the District Board of Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. From 2014 to 2017, as a member of the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Wroclaw, he taught classes for full-time and part-time law students, with a particular focus on commercial law issues. In October 2017, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, entitled. "Legal effects of granting discharge to the members of the board of directors of a limited liability company", which was published in print. In 2018, he completed postgraduate studies in tax consulting at the Wrocław University of Economics.

Since September 2020 he has been a partner of SDZEGAL Schindhelm.

He sits on the supervisory boards of public companies (including those with State Treasury shareholding) listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in the alternative trading system NewConnect, from the new technology, energy, IT and e-commerce sectors.

He is the author of numerous press articles, scientific papers, commentaries or monographs on commercial, civil, family law, new technologies, civil proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has been an expert in legislative processes.
