Background

Yevgen Zarudnev has been a licensed attorney in Ukraine since 2008. He has worked in both industrial holdings and law firms.

In 2023 he joined the Saxinger Schindhelm Services SE as a cooperation partner. Since 01.01.2026, Mr. Zarudnyev has been working as Of Counsel at the Schindhelm offices in Paris and Bucharest.

In 2007, he successfully completed an LL.M. program titled “The Common European Legal Space – European Integration and Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe” at Dresden University of Technology (TU Dresden).

In 2014, he obtained a PhD in Law.

Expertise

Attorney Yevgen Zarudnyev specializes in providing legal guidance for international and investment-driven projects, with a strong focus on corporate, tax, currency regulation, and labor law.

He has extensive experience advising foreign investors and has successfully supported the establishment and structuring of numerous companies in Ukraine, including businesses with foreign ownership.
