PZP – Public Procurement Law Association
Stowarzyszenie Prawa Zamówień Publicznych - SPZP

The Public Procurement Law Association (SPZP) was founded in 2017 by 11 lawyers and legal advisors specializing in public procurement, public-private partnerships, and construction work concessions.

The aim of the SPZP is to exchange and disseminate knowledge in the broadly understood field of public procurement law, including drawing from the best international models and promoting professional ethics among those involved in this area of law.

The Association is also intended to be a platform that allows the legal community to actively participate in the public debate on the public procurement system and the practice of applying relevant regulations.

The ambition of the SPZP is for its membership to grow with recognized lawyers whose solid knowledge and experience will help create solutions beneficial to all participants in the public procurement market in Poland.

Parner of SDZLEGAL Schindhelm Anna Specht-Schampera is a co-founder and member of the audit committee of the Public Procurement Law Association [SPZP]
